Types of Cases: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics, OB,
Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma. Dedicated
cardiac team for hearts Credentialing: 120 days, 24 months caselogs
required Minimum Requirements Board Certified Certifications: BLS
(AHA), PALS, ACLS, DEA Licensure: Active Florida license required
