Full-Time Exercise Specialist ? Outpatient Physical Therapy - Boynton Beach We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Exercise Specialist to join our dynamic outpatient physical therapy team in Boynton Beach. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to help patients safely restore strength, mobility, and confidence throughout their rehabilitation journey. Ideal Candidates Have: Bachelor?s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field CSCS and/or CES certification preferred Strong understanding of biomechanics and corrective exercise Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Key Responsibilities: Implement exercise-based treatment plans under the guidance of licensed PTs Instruct and closely monitor patients to ensure proper form, safety, and progression Provide motivation and support to enhance patient adherence Track performance and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize recovery outcomes Join a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping individuals return to the activities they love.
