Job Description:
Join the dedicated team at HCA Healthcare as a Registered
Respiratory Therapist in our NICU department, where your expertise
in neonatal care will support our mission to provide top-tier,
patient-centered care. In this role, you will apply advanced
respiratory care techniques in treating patients in the NICU,
supporting infants with varying levels of respiratory distress. As
a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely
with neonatologists and nurses to tailor interventions to meet
individual patient needs, promoting optimal outcomes in a high-tech
environment. Assess, diagnose, and treat infants with respiratory
conditions. Monitor and manage ventilation support for neonates.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care
plans. Educate patients' families on neonatal respiratory health
care. Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and
clinical protocols. Proficient in neonatal respiratory care
technology Ability to handle high-pressure situations Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving and
critical thinking abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Respiratory Care Practitioner RRT credential from the NBRC BLS,
ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart
