Riviera Health Resort Nursing and Rehabilitation is a state-of-the
art 223-bed facility that offers guests a unique healthcare
experience, combining post-acute and rehabilitative services within
a boutique-hotel environment. Located in the heart of Coral Gables,
this five-story Mediterranean-style building caters to the needs of
guests who require short and long-term care as they transition from
the hospital to their home. Location : 6901 Yumuri Street, Coral
Gables, Florida 33146 Requirements: You must hold a Clear, Active,
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Nurse in the state of
Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure. Bilingual (Preferred,
but not required) Current CPR/BLS Certification Must be eligible to
work in the United States Knowledge of Electronic Health Record
(EHR) Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement) PN Responsibilities
Nursing Functions * Quality & Safety * Charting & Documentation *
Resident & Representative Communication Ability to reconcile shift
medications (i.e., Narcotic Medications). Effectively conduct
Medication Pass and document accordingly. Accurately and Timely
Electronic Charting and Documentation. Completes all nursing
multi-system assessments to include head to toe, vitals, dressing
changes, applies protective skin barrier. Uphold Residents Rights.
Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow
staff. Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement
accordingly. Promote Error Free Working Environment according to
facility policies. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to
