The organization is founded on a dyad model with strong collaboration between physicians and business leaders that are committed to delivering the best possible care to patients together.MyCare Medical is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our organization in Pompano Beach.Primary Care Physician Essential ResponsibilitiesFully engaged in the concept of Integrated team-based care modelFocusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease preventionDemonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments and communicate Plan of Care with Patients and/or their families.Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities.Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care to avoid unnecessary duplication of testing, and fragmentation of care.Observes the scope of practice in the state in which he or she is licensed and working in.Schedule RequirementThis is a FULL-TIME position.Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmEligibility & QualificationsAbility to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document patient encounters.Knowledge of ICD-10 Coding and STAR measure attainmentsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations.Strong organizational, and task prioritization skillsEducation/ExperienceMedical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.); Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine preferred.Medical License in the state of FloridaDEA LicenseUp-to-date CPR Certification (BLS, ACLS, and PALS)Compensation & BenefitsWe offer highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.Competitive base salaryAttainable Bonuses4 weeks of PTOPaid malpractice insuranceMedical, dental, vision, disability, life401K BenefitsPaid HolidaysNo hospital work requiredCME reimbursementExperience in a Medicare Advantage or an accountable care environment is a plus.#INDPZ3gvgBVtBOby Jobble
