Job Description:
A health system is looking for a Regional Chief Financial
Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and achieve budgeted Adjusted EBITDA growth for ambulatory
surgery centers
Oversee budgeting, audit, accounting, purchasing, and strategic
planning
Lead adoption of regional CFO structure and manage data analytics
and IT software development
Qualifications:
Significant financial/accounting management experience in multiple
facility environments
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Preferably experience in physician-owned ambulatory surgery
centers
MBA preferred, CPA preferred with SOX experience beneficial
Knowledge of governmental and healthcare fiscal regulations and
reporting requirements
