RN Residency Program-Progressive Care - FT 7a-7p (51786) BHCSBroward Health Coral Springs is a 250-bed hospital located in the heart of Coral Springs providing high quality care for patients and their families for more than 30 years focusing on Emergency and specialized ER for kids, Surgical Institute, Women's and Children's Services, the Salah Foundation Children's Hospital, orthopedic care, and a Cardiac Cath Lab. BHCS is a leader in addressing the community's needs while delivering patient-centered care.

The professional registered nurse is accountable to plan, coordinate, provide, intervene and evaluate the care of assigned patients based upon the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act and individual patient needs. Each professional registered nurse participates with the inter-disciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Under direct supervision provides direct and indirect patient care.

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN).
* RN License to practice as a professional Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
* Current BCLS certification required
* ACLS certification required within six months of completion of unit orientation
