• Date: 2023-02-14 A leading health system based in south Florida is now seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Outpatient Surgery to join their award-winning healthcare team. This 11,000 square foot outpatient surgery center is home to two state-of-the-art operating rooms and three endoscopy suites. This location offers a variety of outpatient surgical procedures including breast surgery, cancer surgery, facial plastic surgery, neurosurgery, oculoplastic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and weight loss surgeries. Reporting to the Outpatient Surgery Director, the Nurse Manager will oversee all daily operations of the center. The Nurse Manager will lead a team of -40 FTEs, evaluate staff performance and lead training, manage center inventory, lead quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and have oversight of the department fiscal budget. Requirements Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing BSN -
  • Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Florida
