A leading acute care hospital based in sunny Palm Beach county is currently searching for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor Float Pool to join their award-winning healthcare organization.This established acute care facility is home to roughly 100 inpatient beds and provides various general medical, surgical, and intensive care services. This not-for-profit organization is regionally known as a leader in providing innovative and high-quality services including emergency services, diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing, inpatient pharmacy services, rehabilitation, perioperative services, and much more. This organization is also proud to hold various accreditations and certifications of medical excellence in various areas including stroke care, diagnostic imaging, and orthopedic services.Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN Nurse Supervisor Float Pool will provide supervision and leadership to the hospital float pool and nursing resource services. The RN Nurse -Supervisor Float Pool will promote professionalism within the inpatient areas, perform ongoing staff evaluations, direct patient flow and assist with staff scheduling, and ensures regulatory readiness with all governing bodies. The Nurse Supervisor will provide leadership and support to various inpatient areas including medical surgical, intensive care, cardiovascular telemetry, cardiovascular intensive care, and other acute care inpatient units.Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in state of FL or ability to attain
