Immediate Job openings in our Intel Department (Medical and Lifestyle Canvass and Report Quality Control) in hour Hialeah Office or remote. The candidate should possess a firm grasp of organization, attention to detail, and a strong communicator in order to provide office support. Technical aptitude is a must, as much of this persons contributions will be connected to website and online platforms. This person must have the ability to multi-task across projects, quickly organize information, and deliver on deadlines. The Report Quality Control Position is responsible for the following duties: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. The reports are investigative in nature and come from field agents. Grammar and punctuation corrections along with formatting are necessary. Write, edit, and review promotional/marketing and social media efforts in print and electronic formats. Maintain accuracy of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and format text, pictures and graphics for aesthetics, quality and adherence to S.K.I. Investigations' standards. Maintain rapport with regulatory personnel and clientele by resolving concerns and adhering to specific requests. Oversee reporting quality control by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Provide administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies. Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions. Regularly update the companys website and various social media accounts.
