Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of engineers with mixed skill sets, providing clear
leadership and direction
Lead the design of scalable, maintainable, and secure strategic
solutions
Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and continuous
feedback
Required Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
6+ years experience in software development
High proficiency in distributed systems, API design & development,
and ML engineering
Familiarity with modern CI/CD systems, cloud service providers, and
large-scale web applications
