Senior Change Management Development Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Change Management Development.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and apply change management strategies, tools, and processes for sustained adoption of Development initiatives
Lead and manage change readiness and people impact assessments
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with business leads and change champions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, change management, or related fields
5+ years of experience in change management in life sciences/healthcare, preferably in the biopharma industry
Experience leading large-scale, complex organizational change efforts
Change Management Certification preferred (PROSCI, CCMP)
A passion for understanding the needs of people affected by change to foster readiness and success
