Clinical Coordinator Utilization Management

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Coordinator for Utilization Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to hospitals and provider offices to obtain clinical documentation
Review member charts for claim adjudication and update associated episodes
Assist with discharge planning and provide operational support as needed

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma
1-3 years of administrative or Medical Office experience preferred
Proficient in technology, specifically Google Sheets and suite of Google products
Proficient in navigating EHR and Clinical Documentation Systems
Bilingual skills are a plus
