What does a successful (Project Manager) do at Fiserv?As a successful Project Manager you will be responsible for organizing multiple projects into programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.What you will do:

• Organize projects from other project managers into programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Create and manage long-term goals.
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Establish sustainable goals for the organization. Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyze program risks.
• Partner with the marketing team to work on the strategy.What you will need to have:
  • Proven experience in program or large project management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 10+ years managing projects.What would be great to have:
    • In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management.
    • Financial Industry Experience
