Job Description:
A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare service contract quotations within SAP contracts module in
a timely and accurate manner
Accept customer purchase orders and process final service contracts
within SAP
Review Purchase Orders for completeness and accuracy, and support
contract sales team and customers with required quote or contract
change requests
Required Qualifications:
Authority to hold/reject customers contracts/purchase orders if
terms are not within the Minimum Purchase Order Criteria, pricing,
and sales tax requirements
Accredited High School Diploma or GED
Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours
