Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Proposal Manager for their
Energy and Water Business Unit in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Field License Sales and Consulting
Organizations by managing, producing, and delivering high-quality
proposals to win new revenue
Review completed proposals for responsiveness and compliance
Manage the execution of the proposal development plan, including
establishing document version control methods, coordinating review
and edit cycles, and ensuring final proposal compliance and
responsiveness
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of proposal management experience in both commercial and
public sectors
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a technical background or
industry experience as a plus
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
Experience working with diverse vendor portals
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and
work independently or in a team
