Assistant Child Support Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Assistant Child Support Director for Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee management of a centralized call center, administrative support unit, employer relations staff, and the State Disbursement Unit
Establish policies and practices, create methods of measuring and evaluating customer service, identify areas for improvement, provide training, and allocate program resources
Serve as a resource for other units in the Child Support section to communicate with customers using plain language and design the layout and create and post content to the Child Support website

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of related work experience in a specific health/human service program area that involved managing staff along with a budget
Master's degree in a related field may substitute for two (2) years of work experience
Prior experience in a state, county, or tribal child support agency is preferred
