Key Responsibilities:

Shape the company's strategic direction, oversee day-to-day operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth
Ensure projects align with company objectives and industry standards, manage P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and team development

Required Qualifications:

Degree in management, engineering, or a related field
10+ years of leadership experience in electric utilities, distribution engineering, or a related sector
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to success
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost estimation, and P&L analysis
Established network in the electric utilities and distribution industry, with experience managing relationships with subcontractors and external personnel
