Job Description:

A company is looking for an Engineering VP to lead the technology roadmap, drive product development, manage the core technology, and build and manage a team of software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a thought leader and strategy driver for the technology roadmap and a key member of the leadership team
Formulate long-term strategy for technological development, product layout plan, roadmap for new product development, and the company's long-term engineering practices
Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Significant experience as a senior-level Technology executive in a growth company and has built a successful technology organization at scale
Deep knowledge and experience of the B2B Enterprise SaaS domain is preferred
Experience in modern tech stack and frameworks
Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties
Track-record of building extraordinary teams. Record of coaching and developing individuals and teams to fulfill their potential
