Vista Motors Pompano Beach, FL, is searching for a General Manager to oversee all store activities, ensuring store targets and customer service levels are achieved. -As GM, you will be responsible for hiring, training, cross-training, developing all sales-related staff, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. - -The right candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and successfully oversee the dealership's variable operations. Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership abilities
• Proven record of accomplishment in the automotive retail industry as an automotive general manager
• Excellent business skills
• Successful background in financial/budgeting role
• Solid supervisory experience
• Continuously work to improve the business operations of the specific dealership assigned
• Work with vendors and corporate to help drive business and support to the specific dealership assigned
• Manage and oversee activities of all dealership departments
• Work with dealer-principal, sales, service, and finance management to develop dealership sales goals and business plans
• Motivate, train, and develop employees
• A vast understanding of fixed ops, parts, and eCommerce is preferred
• The ability to desk a deal and run F&I is highly preferred
• 7-10 years of automotive experience required
• Experience as an automotive GSM/GM -required
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field preferred
