Title: CRM Manager, Latin AmericaReports To: - Ministry Manager, Latin AmericaFull Time/ Pompano Beach OfficeJob SummaryThe CRM Manager will interact with ministry stakeholders to optimize the use of CRM and ensure that processes are put in place that enhance the ability to use CRM effectively to catalyze a movement in Latin American Churches and ensure that the Long term relationships with Partners are effectively being managed. They will be responsible for tracking and escalating issues within CRM that impact operations and reporting. This person will also provide direction and prioritization of requests and enhancements. The individual will use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of CRM solutions and make recommendations to optimize how OneHope uses CRM. The CRM Manager will work with the R&D team to help create training for CRM users and management and improve dashboards and reports for the growth of the ministry. -They will document, and articulate process flows and understand how the process flows impact other departments and/or Geographic Area to proactively identify and communicate problems that may impact other departments and CRM users. The CRM Manager will also provide direct support for CRM users at OneHope. Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the adoption and productive use of CRM solutions at OneHope.Partner with ministry stakeholders & functional teams to lead definition & prioritization Manage demand for the Operations and Solutions Team, while promoting a solution-based approach.Coordinate user testing for upgrades and release cycles to ensure business objectives are met.Consult or provide "how-to", "Best practice", and process recommendations to ministry stakeholders and end-users seeking support.Manage the relationship with ministry stakeholders, providing regular communications on issues, requests, and upcoming releases.Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes and identify/recommend process improvement opportunities.Provide direct, open, and honest feedback to team members to promote collaboration and open communication.COE (culture of engagement) This position requires the incumbent to make decisions for developing and maintaining confidential files, and independently prepares correspondence. - They are responsible to determine what issues can be resolved independently, by others and what needs the direct attention of the COS.Education Required
Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree acceptable.Qualifications
  • 2-5 years CRM experience.experience in CRM Implementation processes Experience with Workbooks CRM software highly prefered1-3 years' experience with project management.

    • Solutions oriented.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work with constituents at all levels within the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Travel may be required -Preferred Qualifications:
