Job Description Job Description Job Title: CMM Programmer (Hybrid Flexibility offered) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Metrologist/CMM Programmer to join our team and support our inspection programs. This role involves creating inspection programs for large complex equipment. Responsibilities Develop and implement inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software from Model Based Definition and 2D drawings. Create and import dimensional inspection plans, transitioning most inspection plans from Excel files. Collaborate with engineering to analyze and interpret blueprints, models, evaluation sheets, manuals, and other materials to determine specific testing procedures and certification methods. Familiarize with programming processes, system, debug, coding, and facilitate necessary collaborations with Zeiss. Transition dimensional inspection plans from Excel to client specific software to support engineering. Read and understand complex mechanical drawings and 3D models. Work closely with the Engineering Department on related issues. Essential Skills Proficiency in Metrology, Calypso, and CMM. Working with large complex equipment Work Environment This position requires onsite work on the production floor, measuring equipment and collaborating cross-functionally with all manufacturing teams. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
