Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Long-Term Substitute High
School ELA Teacher for the 2023/2024 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce rules of behavior for students in the
classroom
Prepare and deliver lessons, units, and projects to meet learning
objectives
Track and evaluate student academic progress, administer tests, and
lead parent-teacher meetings
Required Qualifications:
Current state teaching license in appropriate content area
Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards
Preferred two years' experience teaching
High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching
environment
Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
