What’s yours? \n Position Overview \n Are you a hands-on learner who’s ready to build a career—not just take another job? Join our high-performing installation team as a Field Tech Helper—the right-hand support to our expert Technicians, who bring 3 Day Blinds’ premium window coverings to life in homes every day. \n As a Helper, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned pros, gaining real-world installation experience while helping to keep projects running smoothly and safely. You’ll lend a hand in our warehouse prepping materials, processing returns, and maintaining efficiency behind the scenes. \n What You’ll Do \n \n Assist Technicians in the field with installations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality \n Load, unload, and organize products and tools for daily routes \n Support warehouse operations, including processing returned goods and recycling inventory \n Keep vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized \n Communicate clearly with Technicians, warehouse staff, and service teams to keep jobs running on time \n Take initiative, stay positive, and pitch in wherever you’re needed \n \n What You Bring \n \n A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn a skilled trade \n Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n A positive, “let’s get it done” attitude—even under pressure \n Attention to detail and pride in a job done right \n Ability to lift and carry up to (and occasionally over) 50lbs; frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching required \n Full-time availability, Tuesday through Saturday \n Valid driver’s license and good driving record \n High school diploma or GED required \n Experience in warehouse operations or field service a plus \n \n Why You’ll Love It Here \n \n Hourly pay of $17.00 \n Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match \n Company-paid short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and paid parental leave \n Real career growth; this is your path to becoming an Installation Technician \n Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced field professionals \n Employee product discounts and access to exclusive partner perks \n \n You bring your energy and drive - we’ll provide the tools, training, and opportunity to build your career. \n Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
