Scour the web for trending news stories and linkable content
topics
Generate creative ideas for content and pitch to
journalists/bloggers
Write effective web copy and pitch content to bloggers and press
for SEO visibility and backlinks
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a writer at a digital publication or
agency
Experience writing for the web, including long- and short-form
content
Goal-oriented with strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and form productive working
relationships in a remote environment
Proven ability to earn PR placements
