Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of SEC Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements under US
GAAP, SEC regulations, and international accounting standards
Coordinate audit support and review filings with external
auditors
Support business development and M&A integration teams during
financial due diligence and integration of acquired businesses
Required Qualifications:
Strong accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404,
and SEC financial reporting standards
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, including public company
financial reporting
CPA or similar designation required
Excellent organization, project management, and analytical
skills
Ability to work autonomously and coordinate efforts of others
