Company Profile:Hotel Supply Company20+ years in BusinessIT Support and Marketing Admin Role: IT Support and Marketing Admin will work with both internal teams and clientsBulk of their time is spent supporting new clients with product software downloads, setup of new user accounts, navigate the software, and troubleshootWill spend time working with owners and management updating content on the website, updating the platform when needed, upload new graphics (no design), and similar tasksTake on the responsibility of social media messaging provided by management, product images, and ads shared on various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Ability to work independently with a high level of critical thinking skills and take direction Comfortable with new digital technology, social media and reportingDisplay organizational, time management, and project management skills with impeccable attention to detailWilling and able to roll up sleeves to help implement the programs and measure resultsIT Support and Marketing Admin Background Profile:Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required 2+ years of Help Desk and/or website support and various social media sitesFamiliar with the Shopify website platform Experience with social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Ability to talk end users through technical steps when downloading software, setting up user profiles, etc. No coding, writing, or scripting is required.
