Job Description USP is seeking a Social Media Specialist who eats, sleeps, and breathes the aftermarket community. The Social Media Specialist will aid in the creation of our social content marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms. This social media juggernaut will be able to formulate social media strategies and plans, while keeping a finger not only on the pulse of current trends but also on the shutter button. Communication is a big part of the job, so candidates must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process as well as be able to respond to comments, questions, and analyze key metrics and report statistics to understand social media growth. Responsibilities would include design and implementation of social marketing, content, user experience, video and photography. Other responsibilities could include site marketing, merchandising and assistance with other day to day operations on multiple operational fronts. While an interest in the European aftermarket community is a huge plus, all are encouraged to apply (we---d be more than happy to show you ---round the turns of the industry). Responsibilities: Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms Monitor postings to ensure the brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted Event Photography Product Photography Videography Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages Be active in the Motorsport culture at large. Stay curious about what makes for excellent design communications and best practices in the current design landscape Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs, and products Requirements: Minimum 1 - 2 years of professional digital marketing or design experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Adeptness with leading design software packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc---) Ability to capture and edit videos A determination to achieve and succeed The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment A background of working as part of a design team The ability to see projects through from inception to production Consistency regardless of project size Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team The motivation to maintain and improve design standards The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve Company Description Online eCommerce sales for European car parts.
