Job Description:
Job Description HealthCare Connections, Inc. is a national
recruiting company providing staffing and recruiting services to
hospitals and laboratories nationwide. We provide permanent
placement services and travel/locum healthcare contractors. We are
seeking a credentialing/onboarding administrative assistant to join
our admin team. Prior experience with new hire employee health
screening/credentialing is a plus. Duties include scheduling
pre-employment health screens for our lab travelers such as drug
screens, background checks, physicals, TB/MMR/chest x-rays,
onboarding new employees, typing employment and client contracts
for each assignment. Must have excellent written, phone and verbal
skills with strong customer service skills. Must be proficient with
Word, Excel and Google Docs and be able to work independently. We
are seeking a detail oriented individual with a strong work ethic,
a stable work history, 5 years of experience, and who can
multitask. Current employee is retiring after 17 years. Once
trained, may have some flexibility of working a hybrid schedule
from office and home. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to
5:30 pm. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision,
