Job Description Administrative Assistant John Knox Village seeks a Full Time Administrative Assistant to support the Accounting Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, able to multi-task and brings a desire to learn and grow in the role. This role will provide support which will include phone call management, scheduling/calendar management, management reporting and overall administrative support covering a variety of activities. We want to speak with individuals who have 2 years of administrative experience to include proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Additionally, Smart Sheet and an aptitude to learn other software programs will be part of the growth and development within this role. There are many benefits to working for John Knox Village.
