Job Summary: : The Home Office Groups Coordinator maximizes revenue opportunities by providing support to the department and our network of advisors. The coordinator will be responsible for the various administrative responsibilities to ensure that our groups inventory is accurate and available to our advisors.
Role Title: Home Office Groups Coordinator
Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service calls and email requests
  • Reprice (via research) existing cruise groups
  • Maintain accuracy of Home Office groups pricing and inventory
  • Upload new groups into MCP
  • Assist with Groups e-mail inbox with a focus on the following items:
    • Group Deposit Due & Final Payment Due Reminder notices
    • Inventory Recalls/ Release
    • Cancellation notices
    • Other duties as assigned

      Competencies:
      • Must have excellent verbal communication, customer service skills, problem solving ability, marketing knowledge, listening skills and ability to multi-task
      • Must be well organized
      • Excellent writing and presentation skills
      • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
      • Analytical skills necessary for interpreting data and setting goals relevant to the data
