Office Assistant - Job DescriptionPosition Description: This part time position is a key patient care role that interacts with patient, audiologist, physician and receptionist to ensure that a patient's needs are properly met and managed. This position is vital to maintaining the quality of patient care, satisfaction and the highest customer service standard.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizational-- Maintain inventory and ordering functions-- Filing paperwork associated with inventory and ordering-- Maintain data input-- Scheduling patient appointments for when their devices come in from the manufacturer-- Complete repair/order forms for hearing aids and ear molds and prepare for shipping.-- Check-in and inventory supplies and delivery items for patients.-- Entering newborn hearing screening results in the state database-- Reviewing/compiling Newborn screening paperwork for billingJob Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:All Staff and patients are required to wear a mask while in our officeEducation:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:
    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location:
