Job Description:

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Contact Center Agent I.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact for students seeking information on financial aid status
Perform proactive outbound calls to update students on their financial aid status
Work on special projects, complete SharePoints, and follow up with students

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish or ASL preferred
Knowledge of federal/state aid programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and software applications
Not in default on any federal student or parent loans
