A company is looking for a Senior Community Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and execute community strategy, evaluate business performance,
and manage operating cadence
Manage stakeholder relationships, optimize operating efficiency,
and lead special projects
Support and program manage key initiatives, lead strategic pilots,
and drive business programs
Required Qualifications:
May include occasional work at an office or attendance at offsites,
as agreed to with your manager
12+ years of related work experience in consulting, strategy,
finance, or operations
Track record of leading cross-functional efforts and driving
projects from ideation to implementation
Experience with process management and delivering results in a
matrixed organization
Deep connection to company mission and passion for creating

Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills
