Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Controller to build and
scale their accounting and financial operations, ensure compliance
with GAAP, and lead financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the month end close process and provide monthly financial
statements in accordance with US GAAP
Oversee finance operations including A/R, A/P, general ledger,
financial reporting, payroll, etc
Act as the company's GAAP expert, ensuring compliance with all US
financial reporting regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Accountancy, Finance, or related
degree
CPA license preferred with 10+ years of related experience
Strong technical accounting skills (US GAAP) with demonstrated
revenue recognition and consolidation experience
Experience in assessing, developing, and implementing controls and
systems, including NetSuite or other ERP migrations
Proven ability to hire, manage, and mentor high-performing
teams
