Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Facility Controller
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate as Plant Controller at two facilities, partnering with site
General Managers on all P&L related activities, analysis, and
reporting
Implement and maintain internal controls related to OTC, P2P, and
R2R
Develop detailed costing models in collaboration with Product
Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal
partners
Required Qualifications:
Strong Technical Cost Accounting understanding
Good systems implementation and configuration experience
Project management experience
Good business sense to identify anomalies coupled with high
initiative and aptitude to quickly get into details
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance and 5+ years
progressive finance-related role, particularly in
manufacturing-related experience
