Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller for their accounting
department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Develop and execute policies, procedures, and internal controls
related to GAAP compliance and financial systems
Prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and provide
timely and accurate financial reports to senior management
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive supervisory experience in public or
private accounting
3+ years of experience leading a team
Experience working in a tech, e-commerce, or online marketplace
business
Experience working in an international business with foreign
subsidiaries and different currencies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA
certification preferred
