Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Associate for their
startup accounting and finance firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal teams and startup clients to drive
process improvement
Assist with all aspects of accounting, including recording
transactions and ad-hoc analyses
Perform various financial tasks such as AP, AR, bank
reconciliations, payroll processing, and month-end close
activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an associate's
degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online or NetSuite
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
(GAAP)
Enthusiasm for working with and for growing startup companies
