Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process bankruptcy documents, create and order required
documents, and audit and review bankruptcy filings for accuracy
Handle documentation and analysis processes for bankruptcy filings
and resolve payment posting discrepancies
Respond to inquiries from bankruptcy attorneys and internal
departments, provide recommended solutions, and sign bankruptcy
documents on behalf of the company
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience; some college
preferred
Two to four years' experience in a bankruptcy role in the banking,
finance, or mortgage industry
Able to handle more complex tasks and manual calculations
