A highly progressive company is looking for an experienced Commercial Collection Consultant that is seeking a financially rewarding career in the Collections Market.

• Contacting Consumers to collect on outstanding balances.
• Goal-oriented and confident meeting/exceeding required quotas.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• De-escalation of consumer issues and complaints.
• Ability to follow instructions and retain information.
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and other state/federal laws and regulations is a PLUS.

  Ideal Candidate will:
  
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and possesses the ability to multitask.
  • Possess friendly and open communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Microsoft Office a plus.
  • A strong command of the English language (multilingual a strong plus).
