Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing printing technology company. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Billing Specialist opportunity located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Billing Specialist will assist the organization with posting invoices, calculating sales, tax, closing the monthly books, etc.

Position: Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Billing Specialist Duties:

Inventory valuation and usage
Intercompany transactions (review and approval of intercompany cost and commissions)
Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers between two PSI and Sage
Verify and post accounts receivable transactions by collecting and gathering all required documents in a timely manner.
Provide support for internal and external auditsBilling Specialist Compensation:
