Florida's Largest Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Company is interested in finding -a full time highly motivated Account Representative to become a part of our team.! We have been providing Restoration Solutions for homeowners and businesses for over 8 -years.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Direct contact for homeowners, insurance companies, and insurance adjusters
• Responsible for keeping an open line of communication with insurance companies/adjusters and homeowners regarding the loss
• Sending documentation to Field and or Desk Adjusters upon request
• Follow-up with insurance carriers regarding the status of claims assigned to them
• Assist technicians with communications to adjusters/homeowners/carriers (including Demolition approvals, supplemental services needed, difficulties with homeowners, etc.)
• Follow-up with technicians on any missing documentation needed to complete the job
• Collect payments from insurance carriers or homeowners -Qualifications and Skills:
  • Collections Experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Water restoration or property claims adjusting is a PLUS
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook, Web Browsers, SmartSheet, Dash, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both within a team, and independently
  • High School or Equivalent education
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug testBenefits:

      • Interact with insurance carriers within designated timeframes throughout the collection process
      • Follow up with a call to identify the correct adjuster and contact person.
      • Follow submission guidelines on collections.
      • Negotiate and settle EMS, and Remediation invoices
      • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
      • Respond to customer concerns timely and follows through on all promises
      • Learn all software programs utilized in the company's day-to-day operations (PSA)
      • Have strong oral and writing skills
      • Have exceptional research skills - Computer/tech-savvy
      • Abides by company policy and submission requirements.
      • Other duties as assigned.
      • Ability to read mitigation estimates
      • This is a guaranteed salary plus commission position. Our average biller makes $45k a year with others making 50K+ working from home with no evenings or weekends. -Job Type: Full-time -Benefits:
