Description We're looking for practical Accounting Manager candidates with a knack for establishing and regulating an organization's accounting and finance procedures. This Accounting Manager position with a burgeoning, innovative Service company is for candidates who can take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Send your resume to Stacey.Lyons@RobertHalf.What you get to do every day- Play a key role in system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration of QuickBooks Financials- Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures- Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes- Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Periodically review and inspect the balance sheets and income statement accounts of Senior Accountants- Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems- Encourage and manage the full accounting team performance so that close deadlines are met Requirements - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable- Command of Multiple Entities- Foundational knowledge in Monthly Bank Reconciliation- Quickbooks Premier experience desired- Deep understanding of bank reconciliations- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience- Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities- CPA/MBA preferred- 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
